REFUNDS & RETURNS

we hope you adore your deadstock gem — each piece is one of a kind and deserves a second chance! because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer returns for change of mind, or natural signs of storage (such as minor fading, ight handling marks, subtle colour variations) or general wear.

but, if something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ve got you! just send us an email at info@meimeimarket.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• your order number
• a quick note about what’s wrong
• some clear pics of the fault
  
  EXCHANGES

we’re happy to help you exchange sizes, provided your preferred size is available. please note that all shipping costs to and from mei mei hq are the responsibility of the customer.

once your exchange is ready, we’ll send you an invoice. exchanges can only be held for 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent, so prompt payment is required to proceed further with the exchange due to the nature of our product being deadstock (stock is limited)

if your preferred size is unavailable, please contact our customer service team for alternative options.

as we don’t offer refunds or returns for selecting the incorrect size, we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before purchasing. our team is also happy to provide personalised sizing advice to help you find the perfect fit before placing your order.

RETURN POSTAGE

return postage will be paid for by the customer (you will be emailed clear instructions once you submit a return request).

we recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. in the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Mei Mei Market will not be liable.
