REFUNDS & RETURNS

we hope you adore your deadstock gem — each piece is one of a kind and deserves a second chance! because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer returns for change of mind, or natural signs of storage (such as minor fading, ight handling marks, subtle colour variations) or general wear.

but, if something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ve got you! just send us an email at info@meimeimarket.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• a quick note about what’s wrong

we’re happy to assist you with exchanging sizes, provided the size you’re after is available. please note that all shipping costs to and from mei mei hq are the responsibility of the customer.

if your preferred size is unavailable, please reach out to our customer service team so we can guide you through alternative options.

as we don’t offer refunds or returns for selecting the incorrect size, we encourage you to carefully check the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

RETURN POSTAGE

return postage will be paid for by the customer (you will be emailed clear instructions once you submit a return request).

we recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. in the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Mei Mei Market will not be liable.
